What you THINK is where your body will take you.  Be very careful with the words you speak to YOURSELF.  In order to Heal Yourself Beautiful, choose your words and thoughts wisely.  Do you constantly tell yourself you feel sick, you are tired, you are depressed?  Or maybe you are asking “Why me?  WHY do I have to go through this?”  Maybe you are asking the wrong questions and you need to reset your thinking and change the messages to love.
